So I joined Younique last July.  It is my first and only job in a direct sales company.  I have to say that it has been quite a journey!  I love being a part of this company.  Yes it has the best mascara on the market and other amazing cosmetics/skin care products, but that is just scratching the surface!

As a stay at home mom, I rarely have ample time to go out and meet people in the area.  I am new to this city so most of my friends are scattered across this beautiful world.  Now that I joined Younique I have met some really interesting, sweet, powerful and positive people!  That in itself is priceless.  I determine the success of my business.  I don't let that worry me because I have a huge team/family I can reach out to for support!  It is so amazing that in a few minutes of posting a question one of my Y-sisters quickly responds with help.  It doesn't matter the level of their success in the company, they are there to help you succeed in your business.  Can you say the same with your current business/job?

Younique Stiff Upper Lip Lip Stain

I am not one to wear much on my lips.  Lip gloss is usually too sticky and lipstick never stays on.  I am happy with my Younique lip gloss because it isn't too sticky at all, but it does wear off over time. Then Younique released it's Stiff Upper Lip stains.

What is a lip stain?  Well, it is the consistency of water and is tinted to stain your lips.  It applies just like lip gloss.  At first it doesn't feel special - I am used to lip gloss making my lips feel moist. It does look a little different between wet and dry.  After it dries you don't really feel anything on your lips. You get full color without the moist coverage from a lipstick or gloss.  You can wipe your mouth and nothing comes off!  You can eat food and drink and not lose you lip color!  I really hate having to reapply lip color all the time because I have drink or it rubs off over time.  But with this lip stain it really stays on your lips.  If you want your lips to feel more moist you can apply clear lip gloss (Loyal) on top and get a shinny look.

So if it doesn't rub off, how do you remove it right?  Well it will eventually come off on its own, or you can take a little Illuminate face cleaner with a cotton ball and wash it off.

Younique Splurge Cream Eye Shadow

I have to say I am so in love with one of the new additions to the Younique line of cosmetics.  It is our new Splurge Cream Eye Shadow!  I love our mineral pigments, but this is a high-density, velvety-smooth cream eye shadow.  The first color on the market is called Elegant.

Uplift Eye Serum

I know we are all trying to have healthier, smoother skin especially our face.  I must confess that it wasn't until my mid 30s that I decided to put forth any effort.  I thought washing my face was enough.  Then I began adding a moisturizer and face scrubs to my regimen.  I felt I was in a good place and then I began using Younique cosmetic products.

Younique Lucrative Lip Gloss

So I have to tell you about Younique's awesome Lucrative Lip Gloss.  First there are some really beautiful colors to choose from to meet everyone's needs.  Now I must say these colors are as true as you see in the bottle. How To Put On Eyeshadow

So the first step is to understand the segments of your eye.  Let's look at a simple diagram.

To keep it really simple you can choose 3 colors to apply: one for the underbrow, one for the crease and one for the lid.  The first step on how to put on eyeshadow is to use a really good eye primer.  It provides a smooth base for application.  It prevents creases and is sweat-resistant for a longer lasting application.  I absolutley love Younique Glorious Face & Eye Primer!  Next throw away the sponge applicators that are packaged with your eyeshadow.  You need to invest in some good eye brushes.  It truly makes a huge difference using these brushes.  I personally like my eye brush set from Younique which contains a deluxe brush, liner/shader brush and a crease brush.

Use a brush to apply one color to your lid.  Use a crease brush to apply your second color to your crease.  Lastly use a brush to apply your third color to your underbrow.  Be sure to blend the different colors where they meet to avoid harsh lines.

Why did I get caught up in the Younique 3D Fiber Lash Craze?  Basically, I have some pitiful lashes!  I always say I was blessed with long legs, but not long lashes!  So here is my story!
